Opus Unsolved
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS
Opus Unsolved is a pin board-based detective game where the player takes on the role of Irene Shapiro, a recently promoted Investigative Detective.
Shapiro is challenged to solve a cold case by her senior detectives, and now it's up to her to figure out the murder and show off her investigative skills!
Solve the murder on a opera actor in the fourties. Read through police interviews, paper clippings and suspect profiles and separate the truth from the lies. Connect clues with pins and thread to build your theory.

Great UI, super cute characters/setting and a strong original gameplay concept. This style of storytelling that allows the player to (literally) make connections and use their imagination works really well within the format. Would totally love to play a series of episodes/scenes of this with increasingly difficult and absurd crimescenes to solve - definitely a solid setup.
The mechanics in the game are very original, I really liked to play as a real detective, I did solve the case, but couldn't submit it. Overall it was a really cool experience!
